Channing Wickham’s introduction to real estate began at an early age through his family’s work in real estate development. He invested in his first rental property while in his twenties, and his expertise in the real estate market has continued to expand over the last three decades. Channing has a focus on investment properties and has a special interest in Washington’s rental marketplace, which makes Chatel’s extensive property management portfolio and superior customer service a perfect fit. Besides his passion for real estate, Channing is active with a dog rescue group, is an avid bridge and tennis player, and serves on several philanthropic boards.
