Condominium Questionnaires
DC Condominium questionnaires are $95 each. The questionnaire and payment need to be submitted together. We are only able to accept cash or check for payment. Checks should be made payable to Chatel Real Estate, Inc.
Resale Certificate Requests
DC Condominium resale certificates are $200 (non-rush 10 days) or $250 (rush 1-2 business days). The resale certificate request form (located in the link below) needs to be filled out and submitted with payment to the appropriate individual. We will not begin to construct the resale certificate until we have received a fully completed request form with payment. We are only able to accept cash or check for payment. Checks should be made payable to Chatel Real Estate, Inc.
Title Questionnaires
DC title questionnaires are free. Please allow 1-2 business days for process.

Georgetown Office
All requests need to be sent to the Property Manager of the building. If you don’t know who the Property Manager is, feel free to email georgetown@chatel.us or call the main office at 202-965-4800 to inquire. Payment needs to be mailed in or dropped off at:
