FRANCESCA DAHLGREN

After growing up in Pittsburgh, Pa. and then moving to New York City in her early adulthood where her children were born, Francesca and her family relocated to Washington, DC in 1970.

The charm and history of Georgetown beckoned her to put down roots and raise her family there. She soon found her calling to be real estate, and joined Millicent Chatel Real Estate in 1973, now known as Chatel Real Estate, Inc.

Francesca prides herself in her dedication to her clients: past and present. This loyalty is reciprocated with repeat business and referrals. Francesca’s services often extend beyond listing and selling, as she shares or offer her talents of renovating, staging and organizing.

Francesca, also known to some as Suzy, enjoyed raising her daughters in Georgetown where she still owns a home. She has been living in American University Park for the past 20 plus years, and also enjoys spending time at her Rehoboth Beach home.

Francesca is a member of the Christ Child Society, and also supports a number of charities and animal rescue organizations.

As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Francesca achieved the status of Realtor Emeritus in 2014. She is always ready to meet new clients and appreciates referrals
