JACK SCHWINN

Jack Schwinn was born and raised in Rockville, Maryland. An avid reader of history, he spent his life exploring the diverse neighborhoods and word class museums of Washington D.C. Jack received his Bachelors of Arts in History with honors at the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2013. In his spare time he enjoys exploring the world, traveling to over 20 countries and 5 continents to date, and is an avid DC area sports fan!

Jack is a Senior Property Manager in the Georgetown office, and has been with Chatel Real Estate since 2013. His portfolio is concentrated in the Georgetown/DuPont Circle area of Washington D.C. He loves the ever changing challenges and client interactions that come with the job and takes pride in maintaining some of Washington D.C.’s oldest homes.
