A long time Washingtonian, I have been a real estate agent for several decades, and during that time have worked in all quadrants of the city – selling mini-homes of 270 sq ft all the way to mansions. But my main area of expertise is Dupont Circle, where I have lived, also for decades.

When working with sellers, we are a team aiming for a result which everyone feels good about. With buyers I look for value, and pay attention to their “wish list”. It’s not always easy but with time, a creative approach, and a serious client, anything is possible.

What a trove of treasures we have here – the Potomac River and Rock Creek Park for miles of scenery, and the Smithsonian for lifetimes of learning. A vacation in a beautiful place is a welcome change of pace, but Washington DC is hard to beat as the place to call home.
