I am the President of Chatel Real Estate, Inc. and am easily accessible. As a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI), I possess a higher level of training and education in all aspects of residential real estate sales, leasing, and property management. I was born in New York City, & grew up in New Jersey. I received my undergraduate degree from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, PA. I moved to The District of Columbia to attend graduate school at Gallaudet University. I fell in love with the city & decided to make DC my home. I have 28+ years of management and Real Estate experience. I’m also a Landlord in The District of Columbia, Virginia and Florida. I am fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).
As part of our Corporate philosophy of giving back to the community in which we live and work, I donate 1% of all of my income divided equally between the ASPCA & Monumental Sports and Entertainment Foundation. I also donate 10% of all of my income to my church.
I like to read, ice skate, and am an avid Washington Capitals Hockey fan. I also collect Homer Laughlin Fiesta(r) ware and have a collection of over seventy thousand pieces. I split my time between Northern Virginia & The District of Columbia.
