Hello! I’m Penelope, aka Queen P. I was rescued from the Bronx, NY. You can call me Penny from the Block. I am a Persian mix. I have a permanent head tilt which makes me super cute. I’m also deaf, which is actually great with my little human running around. I enjoy napping and eating. I may have a little human, but I am actually the baby.
